HARBOR Executive Orders is a free, public research tool. It has no user accounts and does not sell personal information.

What we process

The documents and metadata shown here are public Federal Register records. When you use the chat assistant, your question and the relevant document excerpts are sent to our model provider to generate a response. Do not submit confidential or sensitive information.

Logs

We keep short-lived operational logs (for example request timestamps and coarse usage counts) to protect the service from abuse. We do not use advertising trackers.
