What this is

HARBOR Executive Orders is a free research tool over the Trump-era archive of executive orders, proclamations and memoranda published by the Federal Register. Every document is source-linked, cross-referenced, and analyzed.

Data sources

Documents and metadata come from the Federal Register API (public domain). Cross-references, topics and analyses are generated by the HARBOR pipeline and stored in a read-only corpus.

AI-generated analysis

Summaries, impact scores, urgency, key terms, agencies and persona analyses are produced by AI models from the source text. They are provided for informational purposes only, are not legal advice, and may contain errors. Always verify against the Federal Register.

Freshness

The corpus is refreshed from the Federal Register on a schedule. The current corpus status is reported by the health endpoint.
